Meet Kesha
A financial architect
Customers tell me all the time that I’m not “a typical CPA.” I take that as a compliment. I actually think I’m more like a financial architect than a CPA. An architect designs and guides the construction of a building, managing the details while staying focused on the big picture. That’s me! Like most accountants, I study the numbers to find ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits. Unlike a traditional accountant, however, I look at your financial statements not to find problems but rather to uncover solutions. I focus on your business as a whole, The Big Picture, because I want to understand how all the pieces fit together — like a mosaic or a stained glass window. That’s where my excitement is: helping you envision how all the different parts of your business and your life can be assembled, as a whole, in a pattern that will improve upon what you do.
I have been in finance for more than 20 years, working for a variety of companies, in a number of different roles. I am a Certified Public Accountant, with experience in the areas of public accounting, human resources, and business management. And my expertise includes working with “Big 4″ accounting firms, regional and national Fortune 500 companies, as well as small to mid-size businesses and nonprofits.
